SOVA WEAR — Cancellation Policy

At SOVA WEAR, we understand that you may sometimes need to cancel an order. We aim to make the cancellation process as simple and customer-friendly as possible.

1. Cancelling an Order

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible:

Please include your order number and the email address or contact details used when placing the order.

2. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If your cancellation request is received and approved before your order is dispatched, we will cancel the order and process the applicable refund.

Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

3. Orders Already Dispatched

If your order has already been dispatched, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

However, you may still be able to return the order in accordance with our 30-Day Refund & Returns Policy.

4. Incorrect Order Information

If you entered the wrong:

  • Product
  • Delivery address
  • Contact information

please contact us as soon as possible at sovawear.co.za@gmail.com.

We will try to make the requested change if your order has not yet been dispatched.

5. Cancellation by SOVA WEAR

In certain circumstances, SOVA WEAR may need to cancel an order, including where:

  • A product is unexpectedly unavailable
  • Payment cannot be successfully processed
  • There is a genuine pricing or product-information error
  • Fraudulent or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected
  • Cancellation is required or permitted by applicable law

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will process an applicable refund.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Cancellation Policy is intended to remove, restrict or limit any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer-protection legislation.
